Yearly plans cost 10 months’ price for 12. Prices are what you pay: we are not VAT-registered, so nothing is added. Paid listings are labelled as such. You upgrade from your listing once you’ve signed in.
What you see each month
Signed-in owners see, and get by email each month, how many people opened their listing, clicked through to their website or booking page, or tapped to call or email. We count people only: automated traffic is left out.
Questions
- Do you check the businesses you list?
- We check one thing: that every business is an active company on the Companies House register, and each listing shows its company number. We don’t vet, rate or guarantee anyone’s work, and paying doesn’t change that.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans roll on until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your listing. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Do you take a cut, or charge for leads?
- No. Visitors go straight to your website, phone or booking page. The plan’s fee is all we charge.
- Our listing is wrong, or we want it removed.
- Claim it and correct it yourself, or email hello@ticketwavehq.com and we’ll put it right.
