Wrapt Homes

Wrapt Homes is a Leeds retrofit company, set up in 2023, that helps householders, landlords and housing associations make homes warmer and cheaper to run. Its staff include architects and retrofit co-ordinators as well as installers, and it offers energy advice, architectural design, loft, floor, attic-room and bay-window insulation, its own wood-fibre internal wall insulation system called Breatheasy, draught-proofing and ventilation, solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps and underfloor heating. It can also arrange wider renovation work, such as kitchens and bathrooms, alongside the upgrades, through one point of contact. It works across much of Yorkshire, naming Leeds, York, Harrogate, Ilkley and Bradford among others, and a free consultation can be booked online. Its website shows cost ranges rather than fixed prices.
