Trinxa

Trinxa is a commercial interiors contractor based at Wharfebank Mills in Otley. It designs and builds workplaces, handling office fit-outs and refurbishments, education and healthcare spaces, fire doors and fire containment, furniture sourcing and fitting, IT and AV, and project management from first design to handover. For landlords it offers renovation to help let a building, and dilapidations work that puts a space vacated by a tenant back to the condition the lease requires. Smaller budgets can opt for a lighter refresh of an existing space. It works across Leeds, Yorkshire and the North, and also nationally. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and enquiries can be made by phone, email or a callback form. The site lists SafeContractor accreditation.
