Storey & Son is an independent, family-run glazing business working from a unit in Hunslet, with more than 15 years in windows and glazing. It fits new aluminium windows and uPVC windows and doors, adds secondary glazing to cut heat loss and noise, and handles patent glazing for more complex roofs and frames. Much of its work is repair: replacing faulty sealed units, worn mechanisms and hinges, and mending or replacing bi-fold doors. It also cuts mirrors to size, makes glass splashbacks for kitchens and bathrooms, offers locksmith work and runs a trade counter for glass, door and window supplies. It works on homes and commercial buildings and lists CHAS and Constructionline among its schemes. Quotes are free, and it says it backs its work with guarantees and aftercare. It opens 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 2pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
