SPA Contract Cleaners

SPA Contract Cleaners is a family business based in Collingham, near Wetherby, which says it has been trading for more than 20 years. It cleans the shared internal areas of residential blocks on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly rota, or as a single visit, working for property management companies, both local and national, and for housing associations across the UK. Extra services include yearly carpet cleaning, window cleaning, grounds upkeep, on-site caretaking, clearing gutters, replacing light bulbs, small repairs and maintenance, and refuse clearance. Each property has its own trained cleaners, schedules are agreed with the property manager, and all the buildings on a contract get their clean on one day. The firm runs regular inspections and health and safety checks, and its directors go out to sites when problems come up. The site lists SafeContractor accreditation.
