Olympia Projects

Olympia Projects is a family-run commercial building contractor with a contact office in Leeds city centre, LS1. It works for commercial and industrial clients rather than householders, running jobs from design and planning through construction to handover, and it also offers ongoing building and site maintenance or full facilities management. Typical projects it names are new industrial units, factory extensions, school extensions, office suites and care homes, with particular experience in warehousing, manufacturing, food and drink, oil and chemical, and cold storage premises. The team cites more than 55 years in the trade, with members of the management team overseeing each job. It says it works throughout the UK from its Yorkshire roots, and enquiries go straight to the director by phone or email, with a reply promised in under four hours.
