After installation it offers SIM, remote monitoring, maintenance and on-demand support plans on annual or pay-as-you-go terms. It covers Leeds suburbs including Roundhay, Alwoodley, Moortown, Headingley, Adel, Morley and Pudsey, and towns up to about 40 miles away. Home consultations are free, while larger commercial jobs may carry a survey fee that is deducted if you go ahead. It works 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, holds £5m public liability cover, and passes on two-year Ajax hardware warranties.
