Montapex

Montapex is a family-run grounds maintenance firm working for companies, public bodies and other organisations across Leeds and Yorkshire. Its work runs from regular grass cutting and hedge trimming to planting, site clearance, tree work and year-round upkeep, and it offers planned maintenance packages visiting weekly, monthly or on another agreed schedule. Sites it looks after include schools, retail parks, new-build developments, council land and football pitches, where it keeps playing surfaces and their surroundings in good order. For housing associations and property managers it looks after communal gardens, landscaped areas and green space on social housing estates, with a programme planned around the homes and the people living there. Quotes follow a conversation about the site and the services needed; the site does not say whether they are free.
