Landguard Pest Control

Landguard Pest Control is run from Otley by directors Martin and Lucy, who come from farming and animal-care backgrounds. It handles rats and mice, wasps, birds, moles, rabbits, grey squirrels, cockroaches, bed bugs, fleas, flies and moths, and also offers pest proofing, equestrian pest control, environmental consultancy, property management and weed control for homes and businesses. Landlords and tenants are both catered for. It works across Otley, Ilkley, Pool-in-Wharfedale, Leeds, Harrogate and Ripon, naming places such as Headingley, Bramhope, Yeadon, Moortown and Guiseley. A technician inspects first and then prices the job, and the firm aims to respond the same day where it can. Phones are answered 24/7, with a separate out-of-hours emergency number. The site says the service is fully guaranteed, technicians are insured and DBS checked, and the company is a BPCA member.
