A Tech Installs is a gas and heating business in west Leeds working across Leeds and West Yorkshire. It installs boilers, usually within a single day, and also repairs and services them, works on central heating, plumbing and air source heat pumps, and carries out landlord CP12 gas safety checks. The site publishes prices before VAT: £60 for a landlord certificate covering up to two appliances, £70 for a standard boiler service and £65 for the first hour of labour, with higher emergency rates for out-of-hours visits or jobs booked without an appointment. Appointments run from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. New boiler quotes are free and fixed, and warranties of 5 to 18 years apply depending on the boiler brand. Invoices are paid in full by bank transfer, cash or card.
